  • Skewers (if using wooden ones, soak them in water for about 30 minutes)

  • Instructions

  • Fire up your grill to medium-high heat or heat a grill pan on medium-high until sizzling hot.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the lemon juice and zest. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss the shrimp in a bowl with half of the lemon garlic butter and marinate for about 15 minutes.
  • Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
  • Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
